TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Description: As customers ourselves, we can appreciate the
importance that is placed on a highly skilled and well
trained technical support team. This is particularly
true of the software/anti-virus industry. Ours is a
highly technical industry and this is reflected in the
complexity of the inquiries that our tech support team
responds to on a daily basis. In addition, many of our
customers have computer backgrounds and expect to deal
with a tech support team that is well-versed in our product
line and takes pride in offering support on any level. Command's
"Service That Never Sleeps" ensures that someone is
available 24 hours a day to assist our customers. We are
searching for qualified individuals to join our top-notch
technical support team.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in using, configuring
and troubleshooting DOS/Windows, Win 95, Win NT, Novell
3.x and 4.x. Strong working knowledge of MS applications such as
Access, Word and Excel required.
Working knowledge of operating system platforms including
Novell, Netware 3.1x/4.1x, Microsoft NT 3.51/4.0, Windows
3.1x required. Experience in OS/2 preferred
Education: B.S. with an emphasis on computer related course work or
equivalent experience in a computer related field required.
Required Skills: Strong analytical skills. Above-average oral and written communication skills.
