• SENIOR WINDOWS DEVELOPER

  Experience: Extensive experience in developing applications and device drivers related to file system and communications functions for Windows, Windows 95 and Windows NT required. Knowledge of kernel-mode drivers required. Minimum of 5-10 years programming experience in Microsoft C and C++. Java experience desired.

  Education: B.S. degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field or equivalent required.

• SENIOR NOVELL DEVELOPER

  Experience: Extensive experience in developing NLMs related to file system and communications functions for Netware 3.x and 4.xx required. Minimum of 5-10 years overall programming experience in C and C++ required. Knowledge of NDS desired.

  Education: B.S. degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field or equivalent required.

• SOFTWARE ENGINEER

  Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of development under Windows, using C/C++, Visual C++ and Windows SDK required. Minimum of 1 year experience with Windows 95 or Windows NT with hands-on experience in OLE 2.0 and Microsoft MFC required. Windows NT/Back Office or Windows 32s experience preferred. Java experience desired.

  Education: B.S. degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field or equivalent required.

• WINDOWS ARCHITECT (Also WINDOWS NT ARCHITECT)

  Experience: Expert level experience in 32-bit (Windows 95 and Windows NT) system-level developer required. Minimum of 5 years experience in C/C++ and 2 years in Win32 development required. Must be able to demonstrate and prove expert level skills in system level development such as VxD or VDD kernel-mode drivers. Experience in architecture, design and development with a commercial development company is highly desirable. Experience with NetWare NLM, Windows NT service or UNIX network development desired. Java experience desired.

  Education: B.S. degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field or equivalent required.

• OS/2 APPLICATION PROGRAMMER

  Experience: Strong Visual Age experience required with a minimum of 3-5 years application experience. A minimum of 1-2 years device-driver experience preferred. Ideal candidate will also have 1-2 years network communications experience.

  Education: B.S. degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience required.

Customer Service

• CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  Description: Our customer service team serves an extremely important role in our continued success. Our team members are responsible for representing Command in the marketplace and they take pride in being able to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. We are searching for dedicated individuals to join our team of communication professionals.

  Experience: Minimum of 2 years telephone, sales or related experience required. Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience strongly preferred.

  Required Skills: Well developed interpersonal and communication skills. Experience using MS Office required.

Technical Support

• TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

  Description: As customers ourselves, we can appreciate the importance that is placed on a highly skilled and well trained technical support team. This is particularly true of the software/anti-virus industry. Ours is a highly technical industry and this is reflected in the complexity of the inquiries that our tech support team responds to on a daily basis. In addition, many of our customers have computer backgrounds and expect to deal with a tech support team that is well-versed in our product line and takes pride in offering support on any level. Command's "Service That Never Sleeps" ensures that someone is available 24 hours a day to assist our customers. We are searching for qualified individuals to join our top-notch technical support team.

  Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in using, configuring and troubleshooting DOS/Windows, Win 95, Win NT, Novell 3.x and 4.x. Strong working knowledge of MS applications such as Access, Word and Excel required. Working knowledge of operating system platforms including Novell, Netware 3.1x/4.1x, Microsoft NT 3.51/4.0, Windows 3.1x required. Experience in OS/2 preferred

  Education: B.S. with an emphasis on computer related course work or equivalent experience in a computer related field required.
