Happy99 Worm Happy99.exe is a computer worm that affects Internet e-mail and newsgroups by adding attachments in Windows 95 and Windows 98. When the attachment is run, the worm displays fireworks. When the displayed fireworks burst, the winsock32.dll is modified and the worm sends copies of itself when the user sends a messsage. This worm may create a system slowdown or crash an e-mail server, while leaving files unaffected.
