  1. What are the browser requirements to use the store?
    We recommend an advanced browser (3.0 or higher), such as Netscape 3.0 or higher, or Microsoft 3.0 or higher. Other browsers may lack features that are required by the store.

    The CSS Store requires some cookies and an Secure Socket Layer (SSL) enabled browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. The SSL feature provides secure credit card transactions, ensuring your privacy and protection. The cookie feature stores a unique shopper ID on your computer so that you only have to sign in once.

    There is one ActiveX control and that we use to provide enhanced features. You will have the option of installing it, or not. The store will work correctly and smoothly, regardless of your choice.

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For your protection, only the last four digits of your credit card number are recorded to facilitate Customer Service, should there be a question about your account. In addition, Command Software does not resell any customer information to outside vendors or services.

  3. Does this store sell to international customers?
    We are unable to process International orders on this server at this time. Only deliveries (electronic and shipped) within the United States and its territories are accepted. International customers interested in Command AntiVirus should contact their     regional distributor for sales and inquiries.

  4. How can I get help completing my purchase?
